Cute, cozy and clean Positive: Adorable and clean 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, it was easy to find and the host was very prompt and informative. Negative: I would suggest trying to place a sofa sleeper in the main room or making the beds a little bigger. It really is most comfortable for 2-3 people as it is now. 4 is too many. Also, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and would not drain so my husband cleared the drain - all fixed.

Perfect place to stay near downtown Lawrence if you don’t want to be in a hotel. Positive: It’s a cozy little 2br apartment well furnished and functional. The property manager was very nice, informative, and helpful. All information needed to access/park was provided up front. Negative: Street noise in the bedroom from cars driving by is surprisingly louder than one would expect but overall a very minor issue.

My 9 year old daughter and I drove up from Mesa, AZ to visit my dad for a few days. This was the perfect little spot for her and I to have a few relaxing girls evenings. The place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe with many fun spots to get food or have door dash deliver. We will be using this groups spots again for sure!

Place looked as advertised, clean & tidy, and was very affordable. Fernando was extremely responsive & helpful. Will stay at this place again!
