StayAwhile Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide clarity and peace of mind regarding our cancellation policy:

✅ Full Refund – Cancellations made within 14 days of booking, as long as the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
✅ 75% Refund – Cancellations made at least 10 days before check-in.
✅ 50% Refund – Cancellations made at least 3 days before check-in.
🚫 No Refunds – Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in are non-refundable.

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please email us at support@bookstayawhile.com. We require written confirmation for all cancellations and do not accept cancellations by phone.

Modifying Your Reservation

If you need to adjust your check-in or check-out dates, please reach out as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.
