Clean. Close to KU, restaurants, & shopping.

Super cute and comfy and place in a prime location with off street parking. Very close to the best of Lawrence’s cafés, restaurants and unique shops. Beastly hot when I was there and the A/C was fantastic! Great respite after hot busy days, and the management was available, welcoming and responsive. Would definitely book again for future visits.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The location is ideal: easy access to both Mass St & KU campus. The apartment is awesome: clean, comfortable, relaxing & interior is recently refinished so “new”. As a return guest, the additional changes/upgrades since our last visit were obvious and much appreciated. Fantastic communicator: Fernando immediately responded to all queries. Several families were visiting our daughter for KU graduation so we reserved 3 adjacent apartments from Fernando - it was absolutely lovely to be collocated through "Stay Awhile" properties and relaxing together between graduation activities. Loved our stay and would choose “Stay Awhile” again (& again)
